Is Digital Resort Investing Safe? Understanding the Safety Net
A reserve can strengthen project resilience, but responsible investing starts with understanding exactly what it covers, what it does not, and how it fits the wider risk picture.
No serious investment should be described as risk-free. The purpose of an investor protection framework is not to hide uncertainty; it is to make relevant safeguards, processes, and limitations visible enough for an informed decision.
ORKA displays a recorded Safety Net balance for each active project. That figure is one element of the investment view and must be considered alongside project documentation, funding progress, operating assumptions, and the investor's own risk capacity.
The Safety Net is a project reserve, not a return guarantee
A project reserve is intended to provide an additional layer of operational resilience under defined circumstances. Depending on the project's governing terms, it may support approved obligations or disruptions that would otherwise place greater pressure on project operations.
The reserve does not promise that distributions will occur, that share value will remain stable, or that every loss will be reimbursed. Describing those limits clearly protects investors from treating a safeguard as insurance.
- Read the User Protection Policy together with the project-specific agreement.
- Identify who controls the reserve and which uses are permitted.
- Never convert the displayed balance into an assumed guaranteed payout.
