Protection framework
ORKA combines project-level Safety Net disclosure, deliberate transaction review, authenticated account access, controlled ownership records, and clear support escalation. These controls are designed to reduce avoidable risk, not eliminate investment risk.
The Safety Net is not a bank deposit, insurance policy, escrow guarantee, or promise of repayment. Its permitted use and availability depend on each project's governing terms and actual circumstances.
Structural and legal guarantees
Protection is divided into ownership, resilience, and liquidity layers.
Asset Isolation protects the legal separation of the resort, the Orca Safety Net is designed to buffer qualifying operating shocks, and Capital Recovery provides a tokenized route for continued ownership or a compliant secondary-market sale.
Asset Isolation (SPV)
ORKA states that digital shares are linked to an established, operating resort asset with physical land, buildings, and demonstrated operating activity, rather than to a fictitious currency or a project that has not begun operating.
The resort is registered under a legally separate Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV), and the related digital-share record is maintained through the applicable smart contract. This structure is intended to preserve documentary continuity independently from the availability of ORKA's operating website.
- Each resort-holding SPV is legally separate from the platform's technology operations.
- Smart-contract records provide a persistent record of the digital interest, subject to the governing legal documents.
- The physical asset and operating income remain governed by the resort-owning structure if the technical platform is disrupted.
Orca Safety Net
ORKA states that a dedicated reserve is funded from its core capital and isolated in designated accounts. Together with hotel-operating contracts that may include minimum-revenue provisions, the reserve is designed to absorb qualifying cash-flow shortfalls during severe tourism downturns or exceptional events.
The reserve's use, decision authority, availability, and replenishment depend on the governing project documents and actual circumstances. It is intended as a financial buffer, not as a bank deposit, insurance policy, escrow guarantee, or unconditional promise of repayment.
- Review the current reserve balance together with the project agreement, operating contracts, and periodic reports.
- Its stated purpose is to cover qualifying shortfalls and support distribution continuity during exceptional disruption.
- Never treat a displayed reserve as a guaranteed personal entitlement, fixed return, or complete protection from loss.
Capital Recovery (Tokenization and Secondary Market)
As long as an investor retains the digital shares, the investor continues to hold the contractual interest in the underlying asset and remains eligible for periodic USDT distributions under the relevant project terms. Capital is represented by the value of those shares.
To seek liquidity, an eligible investor may offer digital shares to other eligible investors through the platform's peer-to-peer secondary market. A periodic resort revaluation may support capital appreciation, but a buyer, completion time, sale price, and appreciation are not guaranteed.
- Tokenization creates a transferable digital record of the investment interest subject to project and compliance rules.
- Secondary-market proceeds are available only after a compliant sale is matched, approved, and completed.
- Capital appreciation depends on the resort's future market valuation and may be positive, flat, or negative.
Protection principles
ORKA's protection framework is built on transparency, separation of duties, deliberate approval, traceable records, proportionate access, and prompt escalation. Important investment information should be visible before a user commits funds.
Controls are reviewed against the platform's operational model and may evolve as services, project structures, risks, and legal requirements change. No control is represented as infallible.
- Material project facts and risk limits should be written in understandable language.
- Sensitive approvals are restricted to authorized administrative roles.
- Transaction and ownership changes create records suitable for later review.
Transaction verification controls
Buy and profit-claim requests remain pending until an authorized reviewer verifies the relevant details. For purchases, review includes the supported USDT token and network, destination wallet, confirmed amount, receipt, user, project, and available shares.
For claims, review includes the user's recorded entitlement, requested amount, submitted wallet address, and evidence of any manual settlement. Administrative approval creates a controlled checkpoint but cannot reverse a completed blockchain transfer.
- Company-wallet instructions are shown inside the authenticated transaction flow.
- Receipts and transaction identifiers are checked against on-chain information.
- Exceptions, duplicates, and mismatches are held for investigation rather than auto-approved.
Ownership and distribution records
After an approved purchase, ORKA updates the user's investment record and reduces project availability in a controlled operation. The portfolio provides a platform view of assigned shares and approved investment totals.
When a project declares a profit distribution, ORKA records the total amount and per-share allocation under the governing calculation. Eligible balances remain subject to claim review, deductions, availability, and the relevant project terms.
- Pending payment requests do not count as completed ownership.
- Administrative histories support reconciliation and correction of platform records.
- A digital share provides only the rights stated in its project documents.
Suspicious activity and incident response
ORKA may delay a request, restrict access, preserve evidence, require renewed verification, rotate company-wallet instructions, or contact affected users when fraud, impersonation, account compromise, data exposure, or transaction error is suspected.
Response priorities are to contain the issue, protect unaffected records, determine scope, communicate actionable information, restore safe operation, and make legally required notifications. Details may be limited while an investigation remains active.
- Report unexpected wallet changes or support messages immediately.
- Do not send additional funds while a transaction discrepancy is investigated.
- Preserve emails, screenshots, transaction hashes, and relevant timestamps.
Your security responsibilities
Users must secure account credentials, email access, devices, wallets, and exchange accounts; review project documents; confirm the token, network, and address; and provide accurate information during every request.
ORKA cannot protect a recovery phrase disclosed to another person or automatically recover funds sent outside the verified workflow. Premium support will explain the process but will never ask you to reveal wallet secrets or transfer funds to a personal account.
- Use the official domain and enter wallet addresses by verified copy, not guesswork.
- Test unfamiliar wallet workflows with appropriate caution before a material transfer.
- Pause when instructions create urgency, secrecy, or a request to bypass controls.
Questions, complaints, and review
Users may raise a protection concern through ORKA's official contact page. Provide the account email, project, request identifier, transaction hash, relevant dates, and a clear description without including passwords or private keys.
ORKA will acknowledge the matter, route it to an appropriate reviewer, request further evidence when needed, and communicate an outcome or status update. Regulatory or external dispute rights remain available where provided by law.
- Urgent account or payment concerns should be clearly marked in the subject.
- Complex blockchain or project reviews may require information from third parties.
- Policy updates are published when the protection framework materially changes.
