Policy summary
ORKA collects only the information reasonably needed to operate the platform, verify manual transactions, maintain ownership records, protect users, and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Blockchain transfers are public by design. A wallet address and transaction identifier may remain visible on the relevant network even after information is removed from ORKA's active systems.
Scope and who controls your data
This Privacy Policy applies to ORKA websites, investor dashboards, transaction-review workflows, support channels, and other services that link to it. It covers visitors, registered users, prospective investors, and authorized representatives.
ORKA acts as the controller of personal data used to operate these services unless a project document identifies another responsible entity. Third-party wallets, exchanges, identity providers, and resort operators apply their own privacy terms.
- The policy covers information submitted directly and data generated through platform use.
- A project-specific notice may supplement this policy where local rules require it.
- External services remain responsible for data collected through their own products.
Information we collect
Account information may include your name, email address, authentication records, language preference, wallet address, and support correspondence. If enhanced verification is required, we will explain the additional information before collecting it.
Investment records may include selected projects, requested shares, USDT amounts, network and transaction identifiers, transfer receipts, company-wallet instructions, approval status, distribution history, and fraud-prevention signals.
- Technical data may include device, browser, IP address, timestamps, and security events.
- Google sign-in provides the profile information authorized on the consent screen.
- Never send ORKA a private key, recovery phrase, or exchange password.
How and why we use information
We use personal data to authenticate accounts, present localized services, process investment requests, verify incoming USDT transfers, update share records, administer profit claims, respond to support enquiries, and improve reliability.
Processing is based, as applicable, on performance of our agreement, legitimate interests in operating and securing the platform, compliance with law, and consent for optional communications. We do not use consent where the service can operate on a more appropriate legal basis.
- Transaction data is used to reconcile irreversible transfers with the correct account.
- Security data helps detect impersonation, abuse, and unauthorized access.
- Aggregated information may be used for analytics without identifying individual users.
Wallet addresses and public networks
ORKA's current purchase workflow uses manual USDT verification rather than an autonomous smart contract. Even so, a transfer made on a supported blockchain creates a public record controlled by that network, not by ORKA.
Public records may reveal wallet addresses, amounts, timestamps, and transaction identifiers. ORKA may associate those records with your account to verify payment, prevent duplicate crediting, investigate errors, and meet recordkeeping obligations.
- Confirm the displayed network and destination address before every transfer.
- Public blockchain entries generally cannot be edited, concealed, or deleted by ORKA.
- Use a wallet arrangement appropriate for the level of privacy you require.
When information is shared
We may share limited information with hosting, email, authentication, analytics, security, database, and professional-service providers that support the platform under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
Information may also be disclosed to a project entity, resort operator, payment investigator, regulator, court, or law-enforcement body where necessary to administer an offering, protect rights, investigate misconduct, or comply with a valid legal requirement.
- Providers receive only the information reasonably required for their assigned function.
- Cross-border processing is supported by safeguards required under applicable law.
- ORKA does not sell or rent personal information for third-party advertising.
Security and retention
ORKA uses role-based access, authenticated workflows, encrypted transport, controlled administrative review, monitoring, backups, and other proportionate safeguards. No online service or blockchain transaction can be guaranteed completely secure.
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain investment and accounting records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and satisfy legal requirements. Retention periods vary by record type and jurisdiction.
- Protect your email account, password, wallet credentials, and authentication factors.
- Report suspicious instructions or account activity through the verified contact page.
- Records are deleted, anonymized, or restricted when their retention purpose expires.
Your choices and privacy rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection regarding personal data, and may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Some requests may be limited where information must be retained for transaction integrity, ownership evidence, legal claims, security, or regulatory obligations. We may verify identity before acting to protect the account from unauthorized requests.
- Submit a privacy request through the official ORKA contact page.
- You may opt out of optional marketing while continuing to receive service notices.
- You may complain to the competent data-protection authority in your jurisdiction.
